"This pattern is a romantic reimagining of early 20th-century textiles — a lush imperial garden with oversized peonies and peacocks posing like vintage couture models. Inspired by the grandeur of the Arts & Crafts movement and the richness of Indian saris, but seen through the lens of Ms. Maverick: stylized, bold, and utterly enchanting.”
Here are two new pattern variants that incorporate classic trellis-style backgrounds to enrich the original peacock and floral design.
The first version features a geometric trellis inspired by traditional lattice motifs from historic wallpaper and textile design. The second includes a more decorative, damask-inspired trellis structure that adds visual rhythm and elegance.
Both were developed as stylistic explorations to enhance the sense of timeless luxury and depth, using motifs that would have been common in 18th and early 20th-century decorative arts. Let me know your thoughts or if you'd like to explore further color or scale adjustments.
